About Shipping

We usually ship within 5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) of your order.
The delivery date is set with plenty of time in mind, so if you would like your order shipped as soon as possible, please select "No Specification."
If we are unable to ship within 5 business days due to overseas purchasing or other travel circumstances, we will contact you separately.

*Please note that if you place an order with a specific delivery date, the delivery date cannot be moved up.
[Delivery method]
We will send it by Yu-Pack.
Domestic shipping fee is 880 yen
Shipping is free for orders over 25,000 yen.

[Long-term absence/incomplete address]
For orders returned to our store due to an extended absence, an unknown address, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping fees (actual shipping cost for Yu-Pack packages) and handling fees will be charged.

Changes and cancellations after placing an order

Once an order has been confirmed, we will not accept any changes or cancellations to the order due to customer error or personal reasons.

Since online shopping is a form of mail order shopping accessed by customers, the cooling-off period does not apply.
[Regarding refusal to receive goods]
We do not accept cancellations due to customer convenience.
For orders that are not received, we will charge you a portion of the product price as compensation for the loss of the sales machine in addition to the round-trip shipping charges, packaging material costs, and shipping fees.

Returns and Exchanges

[When the product arrives]
Please open the package as soon as possible and check the product. Some parts, such as clusters, may be sharp. Please be careful when opening the package to avoid injury.
If the item is damaged during delivery, please contact us within 3 days of arrival.

Unless the product is defective, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer reasons such as differences in expectations.

Issuing receipts

If you would like a receipt, please contact us after receiving the product . We will send it to you by email in PDF format.

About Membership Registration

When you register as a member, you will receive points when you place an order. The points you have accumulated can be exchanged for gift items or used as discounts on your next order.
The item exchange page can only be viewed by those who have a certain number of points from the [MEMBERS] page after logging in.

Additionally, depending on your order history, we may send you emails with information about member-only projects and services.
You will need to register separately to receive email news, so please register when you make your purchase or register using the dedicated form.

If you can't receive email

Also, if you do not register for email updates, you may not receive notifications from the shop.
